Recall repair failed and is possibly causing drivability issues - constantly stalling and lots of hesitation.

Chrysler says the recall was only warranted for 2 years!!! What good is a recall if it doesn't solve the problem?! Like other owners complained, they replaced it with the same bad parts.

What good is the NHTS commission if they let them get away with this?
