The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Durango. While driving various speeds, the contact hears a rattling noise coming from the doors as if the locks are not latching properly. She took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that it was a normal characteristic of the vehicle. The failure mileage was 38,000 and current mileage was 54,000. Updated 09/15/08 the consumer stated the door rattles. Updated 09/18/08.
