The authorized dealer in the Philippines sucks! No available parts because they told me my vehicle model parts were already superseded, which means they do not keep stocks and will take them months for the order to arrive. Talk about after sales support (none!). I had to source the parts myself in the US which arrived 2 weeks later. To add insult to injury, I was forced to let the dealer repair and replace the parts since my immobilized car was in their shop.
What's worst is that my car is properly maintained and has only 20,000 kilometers in the odometer. It is driven 2x a week. I have other cars with more mileage but don't have life threatening major problems like what my 2007 Durango have.
