Bought this in 2010 It had 35000 miles it had a vibration at high speed 50-60 mph. Had the wheels balanced ...still vibration Had the wheels all aligned... still vibration...replaces all tires with new Michelin tires ...still vibration... had the wheels balanced with a road force balance done by the dealer...still vibrates..had the wheels aligned again...still doing it. Seems that no one knows what the problem is.
Took it to a dealer they said all they could do is start replacing the suspension one part at a time. I let them put new tie rod ends and that didn't help it. So now it has 49000 miles and I get pissed off every time I drive it. Everyone says; boy what good looking truck I have, until they ride in it and they tell me to balance the tires. Little do they know, I have had the the tires balances over and over nothing helps.
I have had several trucks over the years and I will never have a Dodge again. Seems to be so cheaply made. Now I know why the first owner traded it in with low mileage and not a scratch. It looked new when I bought it. I would love for someone to give me a clue as to how to fix this ongoing problem that has bugged me for 5 years...
