problem #1

Durango 4.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

THEY PUT OUT A RECALL ON THE AIR BAG. NO NOTIFICATION. HAD ALREADY SPENT $500 TRYING TO GET DUMMY LIGHTS OFF. NOW THEY WANT $1,100 TO FIX THE CLOCK SPRING THAT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE AIR BAG THEY RECALLED. THE CLOCK SPRING SHOULD BE RECALLED ALSO. THIS IS THE THIRD DODGE I HAVE OWNED THAT THE CLOCK SPRING NEEDED REPLACED AND THIS ONE HAPPENS TO BE THE MOST EXPENSIVE BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO HAVE STABILITY CONTROL.
