The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Durango. Upon opening the driver's door, the contact noticed that the interior of the vehicle was drenched after it rained overnight. The contact stated that the failure was due to the sun roof assembly because the assembly failed at least ten times before within the past ten months. The contact stated that the failure first occurred in June of 2017. At that time, the vehicle was taken to the dealer (crystal Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in brooksville, Florida, 352-597-1265) where it was diagnosed that the sun roof failed. The sun roof assembly was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken back to the same dealer and the sun roof was repaired once again. The approximate failure mileage was 174,000.
