Upon leaving the dealer and conducting her own research, the contact found that the recall repair could not be completed within the 15 minute time frame after dropping off the vehicle. In addition, the contact stated that the recall was still opened per the VIN. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
