I made a warranty claim and was told that this is normal wear and tear. Really, Chrysler/Dodge are happy that their tan leather seats go black after two years! This says a lot about their standards, or rather lack thereof. This shouldn't happen on any car let alone their $45,000 top of the range cars. This was my third Chrysler in five years. We are retired and the vehicle has light clean pleasure use only. I just cannot believe it.
