Problem started as a small sticking when I would accelerate and the problem has gotten a WHOLE lot worse. Took to dealer and Service Manager took for test drive...was taken back by noise was like WOW haven't heard this since the 2006 model. Stated sounds like transfer case but not sure until we get on lift and diagnose. After needing a rental cause no loner covered under warranty it looks like is costing about $1300 for either a new TC or parts. I can't believe no one else is having problem!!
