The dealer performed fuel pump relay recall, and problem was not fixed. The next dealer remove the external fuel pump relay and replaced tipm, problem was still not fixed. Dealer then re-completed the fuel pump relay recall, problem still not fix. Now the vehicle is stalling while driving down the road and seems to happen when you turn the steering wheel. There is a recall for this issue (T36) but Dodge is saying that my vehicle does not qualify for that recall. This is a very dangerous issue and is can/will lead to a vehicle accident when we can't control the vehicle going down the highway as it keeps shutting off.

I was driving down the road and the car lost all power and I was lucky enough to get it off the road to a parking lot before I was involved in an accident. The car then started sputtering and spitting like it does when there is an issue with my tipm. It took 20 minutes and removing the fuse from the fuel pump relay wiring harness to get the car started. I have had the tipm replaced before the mandated recall on the issue and the class action lawsuit. I also have had the fuel pump relay wiring harness added and replaced within the life of the vehicle. Yesterday I was told my battery which was 19 months old, the old one lasted me 6 years, needed to be replaced when I took the car in for an oil change. I replaced the battery even though it tested perfectly fine at the repair shop it was purchased through. Now the car is exhibiting the same symptoms as before my tipm was replaced and nearly caused me to get in an accident yesterday!

Most recent, the vehicle would stall while being driven and attempting to turn. It was unknown if the manufacturer was contacted. The failure mileage was 56,000. The VIN was not available.
