Dealer has replaced the HVAC module, Front Head unit and programmed module several times. Stated that they have engineers for tech assist looking for a fix. Rear controls still do not work but the main unit still works for the rear.

The Rear controler switch for the rear a/c has 8 speed settings on the knob. When you turn the knob from low to high, it will not turn on at all until the knob is on about the 6th speed. When trying to adust the temperature on the rear control, it turns completely off if you turn it past the 4th cold control. The rear a/c cannot be completely controlled from the rear panel. It is completely funcitional from the main control in the front of the vehicle. If it has 8 different speeds, it should work on all speeds not just on high & low. Nor turn off when adjusting the temperature. Bringing to the dealer on 12/07/13 to get checked out.

Cannot control rear air with rear air controls. Over 40 grand and you can't even use what the car has. Dodge told me that it's normal. It's like put a DVD player in it from the factory but no screens. Only one position works on the fan settings and if you touch it then it blows hot no matter what the temp setting is on.
