both headrest deployed cannot be reset both headrest deployed cannot be reset both headrest deployed cannot be reset

I use this vehicle very little. It only has a little over 24000 miles on it. the mechanism that holds the head rest is broken inside so I cannot reset it. This should not happen on a vehicle that is used so little and has never been in any accidents. This is a defective item and should be recalled.
