2013 Dodge Durango Crew purchased at Bergstrom Kaukauna WI. The vehicle began having issues at 14K miles. it would not shift into ECO mode. I took it to dealership and they did a firmware update. Then about 2 weeks later the issue came back and this time I was without the vehicle a couple of days. The code was #1298. Intermittent failure in Torque converter solenoid. The dealership did a replacement of the electrical control unit and unit and solenoid. Move ahead 4 weeks and 1500 miles and the issue returned. They were going to attempt the same repair but I insisted that they figure out a better solution. This time I they sent the vehicle out for a replacement transmission. I was at least offered a loner vehicle this time for a week while they worked with Dodge to figure out what the issue was and correct. Thank goodness the issue occurred under 36K miles and was covered. I worry it will return.

Vehicle does not have any power from a stop. Engine has power but transmission is losing it. Transmission hunts gears while going uphill and can't decide how low to drop. Feels as if the module isn't properly programmed.
