On 1/22/16 we hear noise coming from the engine and we take the truck back to the dealership again and it was the cooler. A link in the cooler and dealer say they fixed it.

The problem is very clear when push on the brakes and then you try to continue your way, at that moment you'll notice the engine sound like you are driving a manual car and you put the transmission on the 6th position but the car needs a 3rd position. I believe it's electrical problem related to the throttle as the sensor is not interacting as it should be. There is a big delay in the response from the car which leads to hear the engine sound and the delay in response despite pressing on the fuel pedal for maximum some times.

I'm going to report the Saudi Arabian authorities as they are very aggressive with cars dealers in terms of recalls and life threatening problems. I sent the car for the agency here and they said there is nothing wrong!!!!!! They must admit it otherwise they need to wait until someone gets killed by an accident related to this problem.

Durango 3.6L

I started noticing a hesitation at acceleration after I purchased my 2014 Durango in February of 2014. At that time I was hoping it was just me or maybe it was just new and would be fine .

Then in early March 2014 it became a safety issue and I was sure it was not supposed to act like that. A car had turned in front of me and my only option was to step on the gas and get out of the way. WelI, I stepped on the gas, the engine revved and went nowhere. The driver barely missed me and I almost hit him when my car decided it was ready to take off. I took the Durango back to the dealer the 14th of March, to the service dept. I was told there was nothing wrong with it, if there was a problem it would show up on the computer, and, that it's normal shifting for a 9 speed. Acceleration was my complaint! Nothing was done about it that day.

A few weeks later I took it back to the service people, hoping to get someone to understand my problem, the same guy as before simply said to me. "I already told you, there is nothing wrong with this car, the mechanics found nothing, so there is nothing to fix"
