We bought the Durango in Nov. 2021. We had the touch screen radio in the Durango. When trying to connect a phone, it would say the phone wasn't in range when it was. The screen would freeze and wouldn't let us do anything. It would say we were calling some one and we weren't when the phone was connected.

When we would be listening to Bluetooth it would just stop playing through the car. it would still play on our phones, but the car wouldn't be playing and the screen would be frozen.
