The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle made tapping sounds. Additionally, the brakes made squeaking sounds while the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer and diagnosed with axle failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
