The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the vehicle emitted an abnormal anti-freeze odor. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was taken to best Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (520 colony pl, Plymouth, MA) where it was diagnosed that a crack in the radiator caused the odor and recommended it be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was also taken to an independent mechanic who confirmed the dealer's diagnosis. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
