Durango Limited 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 29,877 miles

Took Durango to dealer for leak of reddish fluid, not major, just a very small amount on garage floor. Told that there was a crack in the radiator. It would cost $877.00 to replace the radiator. Car is one year out of standard 3 year warranty, but the vehicle only has 29,877 miles on it. Not happy at all. Never had a radiator fail this soon on any vehicle I ever owned and there have been many.

Durango Citadel V6

  • Automatic transmission

The dealer said that the radiator was leaking probably due to something in the road that hit the radiator. When we looked at the radiator, we saw rust from close to the top of the radiator, looked like a factory/manufacturer defect. There was also another radiator with the same problem at the dealer the same time mine was.
