problem #1

Jul 012020

Durango SXT 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 134,000 miles

The headrest has a safety feature where it is supposed to deploy to protect the head and neck during a collision. Mine deployed while driving down the road and hit me in the back of the head. There was no collision or bump. Deployed without cause and now it is obnoxiously sticking out and pushes my head forward unless I lay the seat backward.
