My wife was driving down the road when out of no where her headrest just deployed slamming into the back of her head. After examining the headrest it was clear that a plastic piece had deteriorated causing the headrest to release.

SRS headrest driver side triggered while vehicle was empty sitting in driveway. Retaining clips broken and damaged. In process of getting plaza Dodge in orangeburg SC to look at the part and make recommendations and they are going to contact fca.
