Durango SXT 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 48,000 miles

I brought my 2019 dodge Durango in to have it worked on and fixed. It only has 52000 miles on it. The engine is garbage. It stalls and you can loose all power when excelling or the engine will just run really high but no power. Ticking sound that will drive anyone crazy. I live in Fairbanks Alaska a population of 35000 people. I would be on a waiting list behind 49 people waiting for the same engine. My mechanic checked outside and found a used engine with 85000 miles on it for $500 less than a new engine. I can’t even fix it. Plus when I get a new engine the same rockers in the engine will still be faulty where I will eventually be in the same position as I am now. I bought this brand new from the dealership and I can’t officially FIX the issue. How can someone sell a vehicle that no matter how much money you put into the problem it will not be safe to drive. Disgusting
