1995 Dodge Grand Caravan went to full throttle and no brakes due to a plastic break in restrictor jamming in throttle body holding valve open. Result was full throttle and no vacuum for brakes. Car was finally stopped by turning off ignition.

While driving vehicle about 55 mph and when applying the cruise control and then come off, vehicle sometimes has a sudden acceleration without cruise control being on. This problem was repaired ones. Also when stopping on a red light the engine was still running, but vehicle did not move.
