Grand Caravan ES 3.8L

This is not so much a complaint, but an appeal for suggestions. My car was diagnosed to have a failed cylinder head. The repair facility has offered to attempt a single cylinder head repair job. Has anyone experienced this problem and do you have any suggestions?
