About a year ago the airbag warning light came on, the horn stopped working, and the cruise control stopped working. The vehicle is a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had the clockspring replaced just this month for a bill of $266. The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan was recalled for this very problem. It looks like the problem has not been rectified in the 1999 models.
