My "clockspring" wiring harness that controls power to the driver-sdie airbag, horn, and cruise control has failed on my 1999 Dodge grand cavan (~45,000 miles) VIN [xxx]. this is a safety issue and a clearly defective part that is involved in other recalls, yet Chrysler will not replace the part for free.
