Wipers not working on 1999 Dodge Caravan. Surfing the web and saw many related issues to this problem. It appears there were enough reports to request a recall. I consider this serious issue due to road condition when the wipers are needed and the vision impact also. It also appears that Chrysler/Dodge is aware of a problem.
