Grand Caravan 4WD 6-cyl

2000 Grand Caravan recall for clockspring. Consumer states that he mailed two different letters with a copy of the invoice for reimbursement but never received a reply. The consumer stated when the air bag light stayed on, the horn, the chimes for the lights and the ignition did not work. The front passenger window regulator was replaced.
