The rear axle warped. When the rear tire vibrated and made an erratic sound, the consumer pulled over and discovered the one rear tire had worn to the cord. (the second tire showed severe wear)

When leaving factory rear axle had no nut. Wheel fell off, consumer states it did not have the cotter pin, which holds the wheel assembly to the axle, it left the factory without the parts.
