I would like to find out why the steering gear is made of such a poor quality that it had to be replaced.

Why extended warranty which I bought in the States had to be cancelled when I moved overseas? Chrysler is an international company and should honor warranties for those who ship their products overseas. Especially knowing that car repairs and parts cost so much more in other countries.

Why Chrysler does not advertise the existence of this page overseas like here in Finland? I have checked also the Finnish sites and noticed that there are too many exixting similar problems with the Chrysler/Dodge vans like mine. Due to the amount of complaints there should be a recall done on this problem.

Why is it not done? What is more important; peoples's safety driving a vehicle or the bad image on the company due to the defective parts/workmanship/tecnology etc. I would like have an answer to this question. The rising global competition should be enough motive to produce vehicles which can up hold and strengthen the company's image. Improvement is needed and quickly.
