However, the contact was still able to open the doors manually. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on three occasions. The power lift gate motor and gear, the harness cable and motors, and the sliding door tract wiring were replaced. The contact stated that the door failure had been an ongoing problem. The contact called the manufacturer, and was assigned to case # 15984563. The dealer informed the contact that electronic door failure was an ongoing concern. The failure mileage was 17,021.
