I was taking my daughter to go take her driver's test and we were making a turn when I noticed I must have a turn signal light out. Sure enough, my passenger rear signal was out. So I ran to Auto Zone and grabbed a bulb and replaced it myself. However, that didn't fix the problem. I bought another bulb...still no turn signal. I had Auto Zone come check my fuses, they looked good. So I drove to a mechanic. He happened to be a lunch, so I thought while I was waiting, I would take out the good bulb that was working on the rear drivers side and put it in the right side that wasn't working. Hmmm... that didn't work either. So I put the "good" bulb back in the drivers side and WHOOLAH, it no longer worked. And now, not only are my signals not working...but now my brake lights don't either. Now I'm getting very frustrated and worried. The mechanic shows up and started troubleshooting using his little tool (computer thingy). After an hour of testing, resetting, or whatever else he did...we got the right one to work, then the left, but then the right quit again...and finally they started working. So now, I'm always worried when my 16 daughter is driving my car whether they are working or not. It's been a month, and so far so good.
