removing the fuel injector costs large money

Removed the fuel injectors to get to the intake gasket leak. Replaced the gasket and went to reinstall the injector rail and the small $2 pintle cap on the end of the injector crumbled and fell apart. Getting a new o ring kit is very simple but getting the little cap that centers and keeps the o ring in place is a nightmare. Chrysler knows of this problem but cannot keep a supply of kits on the shelf in Canada. You can get some in the United States but wait time and shipping is ridiculous. So you end up having to buy the injector at a cost of an average of $50 to $70 per injector.
