Headlights not working properly.

The headlights don't go off when switched off but dash lights do. Any ideas what causes this? Bad switch, solenoid somewhere? wiring, computer?

Ever since I purchased my Dodge Grand Caravan, I've been having trouple with my rear signal lights. They seem to go every 4-5 months. It's constant and I've not been able to fix the problem. I don't know much about cars, but I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and this seems unusual to happen with a new vehicle. A tecnician from a local shop advised replacing the mechanism that holds the light bulb. I wish I had taken the vehicle to the dealer when I still had the warranty.

Anytime it rains or gets humid the blinkers malfunction. They either don't work at all or even blink the opposite side than I'm signaling. I don't see how this is possible, but its happened on 3 occasions in the last 3 months. It started at 38k miles after warranted ran out. We thought we were getting a better van because it was "Certified" they probably didn't even check half the stuff they said they did. Check out my other problems with this lemon. Washer pump doesn't work, drivers side power door works sometimes, uses 1 Wtf oil every 2k miles, tranny engages really rough from a complete stop. Just to name the major problems.

The interior and exterior lights on the GC come on, go off, flicker all on their own. The headlights sometimes come on in the middle of the night and shine into the bedroom! The dash lights flicker and flash rapidly running through all possible combination of numbers without any reason. Lights will sometimes stay on even after they are repeatedly turned off. Took the GC to the dealer (extended warranty) and they are charging me $100 diagnostic fee - not covered by deductible - and their diagnosis is "You need a new battery" I asked how a battery that works perfectly fine could all by itself cause lights to come on that were in the off position according to the light switch and they said it was because Dodge says so and I owe them $100...Any idea what really is going on and how to combat this rib off by my dealer?
