The contact owned a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. While the contact's daughter was driving 35 mph, she crashed into another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belts did not retract. As a result, the contact's daughter struck her head on the steering wheel. A police report was filed. The daughter sustained a head injury and was unconscious. Medical attention was required.
