The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the driver side window fell into the door panel abnormally. The dealer did not offer any assistance. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic who was unable to duplicate the failure and advised her to take the vehicle to an authorized dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The current and failure mileages were 72,000.
