So, the dual-dvd player, dual screen, MyGIG radio that also displays the back-up camera was recalled by Chrysler. Apparently, there was a flaw in the software that controlled the hard drive in the radio that was significant enough to cause the radio to completely stop working. Chrysler admitted to this problem and mailed out CDs with a software update to head off replacing thousands of radios under warranty. Funny, but we didn't see any problems with the radio until we installed the update. Initially, the radio would just have static lines in the display that would come and go. Sent away from the dealership multiple times because dealer "could not replicate fault." Dodge wants me to pay $2,400 for the radio head.
