I got a check engine light and the transmission was shifting weird and my husband checked the 2 codes and it was related to the Solenoid. I took it in the next day and it took them 1 week and half to tell me what was wrong even though they had the codes. It was under the lifetime warranty so they ordered the solonoid pack and replaced it. After they changed it, the van wouldn't start. When I had brought it in I told them about the intermittent starting and that I had to wiggle the steering wheel or take it in and out of gear to start. They said that that was just coincidence and that it was the starter. I told them to change the starter. A week later they changed it and said that it was starting but the shifting was very hard. They couldn't figure it out and sent in a question to Dodge/chrysler. They came back and said that the transmission was bad and they were changing that. They seemed to forget that it was covered under the lifetime warranty again. By this time 3 weeks had gone by. After another week, I called 3 days in a row with no response back. Finally I was told that more engine lights came on after the transmission change. Now they are telling me to replace the PCM for $599 for the part plus programming. This is the worst service ever. This is the worst vehicle ever.

Every Morning, when I want to start the Van and I turn the key, nothing happen. After I jerk the shiftknob a little, then it will start. Sometimes it will do it as much as 6 times before it starts.
