Grand Caravan

The contact owns a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. The third row seat had buttons to fold it down. The buttons were very easy to touch, so the children can easily fold down the seats. There was no stop button, so the seats would keep folding. The seat almost "crushed" her child seat. She had not contacted the dealer or the manufacturer. The current mileage was 12,899. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
