This is the 3rd time this has happened since I bought the van brand new... and it is the exact same part, in the exact location, on the Plastic "T" split going to dual heater coil... The "T" in the single to double hose that always fails right on the "T" connector itself where the plastic coming to the actual split just falls apart probably due to being too close to the engine whereas the other heater hose, located away from the engine, up against the firewall has still not been replace except the first time... I replaced the same hose that kept falling apart myself, the next time it failed, but not the other heater hose, 2-3 years ago... Just this past month or two, when the same heater hose "T" connector failed.... This time, I replaced it with an after-market part that has these "T" connectors made into metal so the possibility of the "T" failing is remote...

Now, being a disabled 2nd generation Independent All-lines Adjuster with certifications in Accident Reconstruction, plus working as an motorcycle mechanic for various shops eventually doing performance work and having several college degrees, I am more than aware of "planned obsolescence" but this is absolutely ridiculous... This needs to be put on a recall list because of it poor design
