problem #2

Grand Caravan

  • Automatic transmission
  • 140,000 miles

All the lights and warning lights turn on when I am driving, without reason, and PRNDL says no bus. All gauges go to zero, turning lights did not work when that happened and wiper start running, it is very annoying. It is been happened for a week, since the car dealer fixed a recall with the ignition key. It is scaring me, heck the first time it happened, now it is too annoying.

Grand Caravan 3.3

  • Automatic transmission
  • 143,000 miles

This was pointed out to me while driving on June 3, 2015 by a friend who was driving behind me. The backup lights, which should only come on in reverse, come on intermittently when in drive, whether moving or stopped with the brake on. I checked the wiring behind the lights and there is no noticeable chaffing or cross connections. The problem is clearly deeper in the vehicle and I have no idea how long it has been going on.
