The car phone system does not understand the command of who to call. It is way out in left field sometimes. "Did you say...." I respond no and repeat very clearly who I want to call. "Did you say...." Again I respond "No" and try again and again until I end the call and either push my phone key for the person I am trying to reach or start all over with the command hoping it comes across clear enough to understand. My Town and Country had no problem understanding.
