Front passenger seat headrest deployed for no apparent reason at all. This is a severe safety hazard that can result in severe injury or death as there are sharp parts that could pierce into the passengers head. I have had no help from Chrysler Dodge. I have emailed 3 times with no response and also called several times and they say there is no recall for my vin and warranty is expired. This not a warranty issue, this is a safety concern that could cause severe injury or death and needs to be corrected immediately. I have not had any warnings it just popped off for no apparent reason. No police or insurance representative were necessary there was no accident at the time of this incident.

Vehicle has an eldorado amerivan 14" lowered floor conversion. The front driver and passenger seats including lowered floor seat bases would not stay locked to the floor securement system. Slight pressure applied to both would cause them to become unlocked from the vehicle floor. Family drove around with this deficiency in the driver seat for approximately one month before noticing. Front passenger seat had been removed to allow for an occupied wheelchair position.

Driver arm rest does not support weight and will fall down causing driver to briefly lose control of car. We took the car to the dealership today and was told this is a design flaw and there is nothing they can do to correct this problem. So I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE that has all kinds of problems like only getting 19 miles to a gallon when advertised as 25 and now the arm rest basically collapses any time weight is put on it on the driver's seat. All the other arm rests are supportive except the one you need most. The service department told me other customers have voiced the same complaint and he could take me to the new vans on the lot and show me the same problem with cars never driven so I know this is a defective arm rest just by what he has told me.
