Until since last year 2015, below all said problems kept bugging us again and again, with this one or that one, differently... The problems are as below:
1. First time, the shift was wrong, and could not be shifted properly; we brought the vehicle to the dealer, Dodge Coquitlam, BC.
2. After the shift being repaired, we found out the repairing not that good, as the photos attached below was taken on Feb 2015; we also had a contact with Dodge Coquitlam, BC, Mr. Scott and Louie via email and talk on Feb. 23, 2015 with photos;
3. And on Feb 23, 2015, the main problem to contact Dodge Coquitlam was for the Shift repaired beginning buzzing noise (it happened only when Key inserted and started the vehicle; there's no sound when shift in Driving position) ; from that moment, we were told it might be a WIN (Wireless Iganition Node) part problem; but later on, the buzzing noise gone itself for no reason.
4. Later on in 2015, the vehicle showing "Gas Cap" on the dash board, though we had double checked the Gas Cap all good? And it was off for no reason as well.
5. On Jan. 25, 2016, the "MIL" and "Engine" malfuntion lights both went on again; therefore my wife brought the vehicle to Dodge Coquitlam and were told it was OK to drive still, unless the "Engine" light was blinking/flashing, instead "steady-on"...
6. On Feb. 02, 2016, the vehicle could not start at all, when we opened the door while doing nothing (no key inserted yet), the dash board showed as "badkey", so we called tow company, and the tow driver had our battery checked and stated it was ok with the battery and might something wrong with the Engine or others; therefore, the vehicle was towed to Dodge Coquitlam same day, and stayed there.
7. From Feb 02 till to Feb 05 2016, we kept contacting with Dodge Coquitlam, Mr. Louis Kingma, who is a very nice man, told us they could not get the reason why the "badkey" being pop out; so they decided to replace WIN; after that, the vehicle might be on, and they said they doubt something wrong with the engine or else, but fail to "repeat" the malfunction again; I said it was not easy to get a Malfuntion repeated in a very short period.
8. On Feb. 06, 2016, we dropped off Dodge Coquitlam BC, and picked up the vehicle.
9. On Feb. 09, 2016, this morning, my wife tried to start the vehicle and problem is here again; and this time happened like this:
a. She could not use the remote wireless key to open the door; (the cell battery in her key is all good); so she used the back-up key to open the vehicle's door; b. Then, the dash board shows as "badkey" message AGAINï¼› c. She still wish to try to give a START a try; and there's no responding, not starting; d. Now, the "ENGINE" light went on, and this time, it is FLASHING quickly; e. As well, there's a RED dot light on, with no any instruction from the menu. Please see attached photo.
Since our vehicle powertrain guarantee would be expired on Apr 30, 2016, and we are really stressful to drive this vehicle now; we need a thorough check-out for this vehicle to give us a safe driving. Could you please help me out with this please?
++++++ (Updated on Feb 10,2016) Further my vehicle above, I got the message today from Louise, stating that below problem is something for one bad key, while another key is good, and asking for over $170 for this program..
I wish to know what your comment here please, and if there is a new WIN replaced, and both two keys to be programmed, how come there's such charge like this? As well, why this happened shortly after the repair done in three days?

This was the second time the engine light came on and stayed on for about a week. It is annoying and worrisome as to whether there really is something wrong with the engine or not. It seems to be running OK even though nothing was done to correct it. The light went off on it's own.

Dodge 1500 with 114,000 no problems until check engine light came on indicating a cyl 5 misfire. Took it to mechanic because a 3 week wait to get into Dodge service center. Mechanic found #5 cyl dead and replaced along with oil sensor, plugs and starter ($1000). On test drive light still on little power he now thinks internal engine issue but he does not do rebuilds. Brought it to Dodge they immediately said lifter and cam shaft issue. Apparently it happens sooooo much all the do is look at the model year and know the problem. There were 4 other trucks in the shop with the same issue. Probably $3500 to fix. There should be a recall on a problem this prevalent.
