4th year of owning this van with only 49,000 km. on it. There was a power steering leak coming from the return hose line. Mechanic took off the part and we're wondering why it leaked since it pretty much looks like it is still new.
Doesn't trust Dodge original parts anymore so I went to other auto parts store to get a replacement part. Unfortunately, after three stores, all doesn't carry any replacement return hose assembly. No choice but to get the original part from Dodge. I'm just starting to tell the problem to the parts guy and he already knew what I needed. Dodge guy said that it is the 2nd most bought replacement part for 2010 Dodge Grand Caravans with the brake pads, rotors and calipers the number 1. I'll be lucky to get a few years before this one leaks again.
Dodge ethical standards are very poor. You can do a simple research on past and newer models of this model and you can see a common trend of problems, meaning they don't address the issue year by year. They will not issue a recall on rampant problems to save cost. Customers are becoming smarter now. They will never go back in purchasing any of your product lines if you don't take care of them. There are many competitors in your industry. We will gladly switch and will never go back.
