The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 30 mph, the antifreeze leaked all over the engine. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the heater hose assembly needed to be replaced. The hose was replaced by the contact, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 49,000.
