We have had this 2012 van for less than one year and 49,000 miles, now the rear automatic door will not open. when you push the door button all I hear are clicking sounds and grinding noises. We took the van to dealership where we purchased and they didn't seem interested or offered any suggestions. Very disappointed and don't plan on remaining their customer.

If anyone out there have had the same problem, please share so we will know the best step to take.
