Our passenger side and rear heating system will not shut off. It continues to blow full blast regardless of any action we take. This was the first day we did not need heat since we bought the car this past fall, so we were unaware of the issue. It continues to happen. There are thousands of similar complaints online and no recall has been ordered. Why?
