Took van in again for clunking problem, mainly when shifting from reverse to drive. Dealer unable to verify concern.

Took van to dealer again for the transmission clunking problem when shifting from reverse to drive. Since dealer could not duplicate last time, I asked that someone drive it back & forth from home for a couple of days to see if they can duplicate the problem.

Started making a clunking noise (can also be felt as the van jerks when this happens) last year somewhere between 8,000-10,000 miles. I knew it was a problem, but let it go as the noise was inconsistent. The clunking has progressively gotten worse. The noise and jerk felt are both more pronounced. I only just made an appointment for next week to have the problem resolved. I'll check back after the repair in complete.

After software adjustment to PCM did not solve problem, took back to dealer. This time they found sticking valves in valve body. Replaced valve body.
