When the contact strapped the child safety seat in the second and third rows of the vehicle, the seat belt would become loose and fail to restrain the safety seat. The failure recurred on several occasions. The failure was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 5.

My daughter was in the back seat when the seatbelt started to retract itself at the point that she was immobilized and start choking her. We call the police and the fire department so they can release her. They cut the seatbelt.
