This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Dodge dealer.
Same with my van now going for its 6th trip to fix the problem. The problem was intermittent for a while. The passenger heat keeps getting stuck on full hot. Now there is a recall notice for passenger side heat being stuck full on. First time it happened we did not own the vehicle for even an hour, bought it brand new off the lot. Nothing like the passenger baking their brains out with heat stuck on. The recall has a national back order with NO date as to when it can be fixed. The heat is once AGAIN stuck full on the passenger side. Last Dodge I ever buy.

I purchased this vehicle in December. The heat was working fine throughout the whole winter season. When it was time to use the A/C, I found out that the cold air was coming from the left side only, while the right side was getting hot air

HEAT ONLY FROM PASSENGER SIDE. THIS ISSUE HAS HAPPENED TO MANY VANS THIS YEAR. DOES THAT MAKE THE PROBLEM ANY BETTER?

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan had operating heat and a/c up to March 2017 (however I hadn't turned the a/c on till then but it was working in the summer of 2016!). Rear passengers have hot air blowing on them. I have the letter regarding the recal R62 for the HVAC module but the dealership says it is not likely the problem and even it is was I am 2000KM out of warranty! WTF!? That's not on the letter!?
Anyways I am pissed right off... never buying Dodge or Dodge products ever again. Pieces of excrement.
